Eat Right Ontario has a free version to help you plan your weekly meals and help you make sure that you’re getting the nutrients you need to manage a healthy lifestyle.
The tool is easy to use and the suggested menu is based on your sex, age category, and diet type (e.g., vegetarian, healthy eating, eating on the go). Recipes are provided for some, but not all, suggested meals; however, this gives you an opportunity to use your own recipes and make adjustments based on the suggested tips.
