Coconut oil – what’s all the fuss about?

Bottom line – if you eat a “Western” diet, you’re already getting plenty of saturated fat and adding coconut oil won’t improve your health.
FYI – Rapeseed oil is what was originally used to create canola oil in the late 1960s – the terms are often interchanged; however, they are not the same product.
